Jenny Hanley
was born into a showbiz family. Her mother is Dinah Sheridan, and father
the late Jimmy Hanley.
One of her very first acting jobs, was perhaps one dreams are made
of - a Bond girl!
Director Peter Hunt cast Jenny as one of Blofeld's Angels Of Death,
in the mountain top set of Piz Gloria, 'the Irish Girl', in On
Her Majesty's secret Service.
The part lead to a string of guest roles in popular tv shows such as
Department S, The Persuaders, The Adventurer, Man About The House,
Return Of The Saint ... as well as film roles in The Scars
Of Dracula, Soft Beds Hard Battles, Percy's Progress and Alfie
Darling.
For millions of children, she became one of the most popular faces
on afternoon television as a host of the long running Magpie show.
For 6 years Jenny was the face of "Blue Peter for trendy kids!" She
also hosted the popular BBC Saturday Night At The Mill too.
