Biography Pat Gill was born in South Africa but has lived and worked in Las Vegas since 1967. In 1970 was cast in the Jacqueline Bisset film The Grasshoper as, appropriately, A Vegas Showgirl.
The following year she was cast in James Bond film Diamonds Are Forever as one of Shady Tree’s acorns and spent a month with the cast and crew during their location visit.
“Sean used to let me use his patio to sunbathe when they filmed”, she recalls, “he was one of the classiest people I’ve ever met, so easy to get along with and had an amazing sense of humor. He was a class act all the way, the complete package.”
Pat has also known and worked with a huge number of Hollywood and Vegas legends including Frank Sinatra, Cary Grant, Elvis Presley, Sammy Davis Jr. and Liza Minnelli amongst others.
