1. Who are Bondstars.com?
Bondstars.com goal is to provide affordable authentic hand signed merchandise to the serious Bond autograph collector. We are based at the world famous Pinewood Studios which has been the home of James Bond for 50 years.

 

2. Are your items genuinely hand signed by the artists?
All our items are hand signed by the artist and we do not sell fakes, pre-prints or secretarial signatures. All items are hand signed for us with full co-operation of the artist.

 

3. Why are your autographs inexpensive compared to other dealers?
One of the reasons for forming Bondstars.com was to provide a service to those fans who cannot attend the autograph and memorabilia shows which our artists often attend. Our pricing structure also ensures the customer will get a high quality item at an affordable price instead of paying inflated prices for poor quality or questionable merchandise.

4. Do items come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
All signed photos come with a non-transferable Certificate of Authenticity in the form of a sticker on the back, the sticker is coated with acid free adhesive which will not affect the quality of your photographs in time to come. The COA provides information on the location of the signing, the witness to the signature and the date of signing. Please do not request your item to be sent without our COA, it is there for a reason and cannot be provided separately.

 

5. When I place an order, will I receive the still which is displayed on the Bondstar's merchandise page?

Because we hold large stocks of signed merchandise we cannot guarantee that you will recieve a still with the same pen colour \ greeting as the item shown. You are more than welcome to check with us before you purchase your item.

6. Do you offer discount?
Discounts are available if 10 or more items are purchased in the same order. Dealer enquiries are welcome. Please contact_us for more details. Artists who donate their profits to charity are not included in our discount scheme.

7. What payment methods do Bondstars.com accept?
All major credit cards are accepted via Paypal. We will also accept cash in US Dollars, Euros or UK Pounds Sterling (cash should be sent securely and is at the own customers risk). For United Kingdom based customers we also accept personal cheques which should be made payable to Bondstars LLP.

 

8. What are the Shipping Costs
Worldwide shipping costs are included in the prices unless otherwise stated.

 

9. Is it possible to get my own personal item signed by one ofyour artists?
Unfortunately, due to logistical reasons we cannot provide this service at present.

 

10. Do Bondstars.com hold private signings where I can get a personalised still?
Yes, we occasionally hold private signings with our artists where you can purchase one of our stills and have it signed with a dedication of your choice. Join our mailing list to be alerted of any private signings we hold.

11. What autograph \ memorabilia events do Bondstars artists attend?
We normally attend the Memorabilia show at the Birmingham N.E.C where our line ups have included George Lazenby, Maryam d'Abo, Maud Adams, Michael Billington, John Moreno, John Wyman, Richard Kiel, Blanche Ravalec, Shirley Eaton and many many more. Join our mailing list to be alerted to any forthcoming conventions or shop signings.

 

12. Do we check eBay for fake autographs?
Yes, we check eBay daily for fake autographs of the artists we represent. We are members of the eBay VERO programme and if no reasonable C.O.A details can be provided in relation to the item we will have no hesitation in removing it. If you feel there are other web sites selling fake autographed items by our artists, then please contact us

 

13. Do Bondstars arrange special events?
In October 2012, Bondstars.com arranged a very special event with Sir Roger Moore at Pinewood to celebrate James Bonds 50th anniversary. We hope to continue our special events in 2013. Join our mailing list to find out more.
