Joseph Millsom trained at the Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama in Sidcup, Kent.
He received great acclaim for his stage work, including an RSC stage production of Much Ado About Nothing, Stephen Fry's Cinderella, Hamlet at Stafford Castle, Every Good Boy Deserves Favour at the National Theatre, The Fairy Queen at Glyndebourne, Judgment Day at The Almeida, and in The Priory at the Royal Court Theatre.
On screen, Joseph played 'Carter' in Casino Royale, assisting Bond in the exciting opening sequence. He also appeared in Joe Meek biopic Telstar, in indie horror Devil's Bridge, the Doctor Who spin-off series Sarah Jane Adventures for the BBC, and in a number of TV guest roles; including ITV's Midsomer Murders, Survivors and Ashes To Ashes for the BBC. Award winning BBC 4 biopic Enid aired in November 2009 while BBC pilot Reunited was screened in June 2010.
More recently he joined the cast of long running BBC drama series Holby City.
